Terms and Conditions

Applies to new bookings made after 11 October 2026. These terms do not retrospectively change existing bookings or any separately agreed party or ongoing wraparound contract.

Choosing and booking an activity

Check the venue, date, session times and age or school-year requirements before booking. Online bookings use iPAL. Existing customers can log in; new customers register and add their child before selecting an activity. Retain your booking confirmation and contact us if anything is incorrect. A place is subject to availability and the booking arrangements shown for the selected activity.

Prices and payment

The current price and payment arrangements are shown on the activity’s booking page. Discounts apply only where advertised for that activity. The October 2026 netball camp costs £25 per child per day: reserve online for free and pay cash on arrival. Free reservation does not mean the camp is free. Christmas Holiday Club on 21–22 December 2026 costs £20 per child per day, with online card payments only and no sibling discount. Contact us before booking if the website and booking system show different information.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

For holiday clubs, sports camps and individual out-of-school sessions, cancel at least seven full days (168 hours) before the session starts to receive the amount paid for the cancelled session as credit in your iPAL wallet for future D.R Sports bookings. Cancel through iPAL where available, or email admin@drsportsclubs.co.uk if the cancellation option is unavailable. We use the time your cancellation is submitted or your email is received to calculate notice.

For cancellations with less than seven days’ notice, illness or non-attendance, credit is not automatically offered. Contact us as soon as possible: we will consider a transfer or goodwill credit where practicable. Any cancellation charge or amount retained will be limited to our reasonable actual loss, taking account of costs saved and whether we refill the place. We will return any amount exceeding that loss. Please report illness even when it is too late to cancel online.

If D.R Sports cancels a session, you may choose a full refund for that session or accept an alternative session or credit. You are not required to accept credit instead of a refund. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Refunds of Tax-Free Childcare or childcare-voucher payments must follow the original scheme’s rules. Separate agreed terms apply to parties and ongoing contracted wraparound places.

Safe participation and collection

Please keep your child’s details, medical and allergy information and emergency contacts accurate and up to date. Tell us about any support needs before attendance so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Speak to us in advance about medication. Only an authorised adult should collect your child; tell staff about any change to collection arrangements. Contact Coach Dave promptly if you will be late. Bring the clothing, food and equipment specified for your selected activity.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Material changes to these terms apply to future bookings, rather than changing agreed terms for existing bookings.
