All D.R Sports coaches complete appropriate safer-recruitment checks, including Enhanced DBS checks where required for their role. Staff also undertake ongoing safeguarding training.

Rest assured, all courses and activities are insured up to the sum of five million pounds.

St Vincent’s October Holiday Club combines sports, games and arts and crafts. Sparkle, Colour & Create focuses on guided creative activities. The football, netball and athletics camps focus on the sport named on each page. Please check the relevant club page for the age group, venue, times and prices.

Only St Vincent’s Holiday Club is Ofsted registered.

Age and school-year requirements vary by course, so please check the “At a glance” details on the relevant page. No previous sporting experience is necessary unless the course description says otherwise.

We advise that you provide your children with clothing suitable for the time of year and the activities they are likely to participate in, trainers (for sport), snacks and a packed lunch and plenty of drinks (not fizzy). We are a nut-free holiday club.

All of our staff are trained in first aid. We would assess the injury and if it is minor, we will treat the child at the venue so they can continue to take part. At this point, we will contact the parent to inform them and fill in an accident form. In the event of a more serious injury, we would contact the parents immediately and take the child straight to the hospital.

We operate a very strict anti-bullying policy, and bullying in any
capacity will not be tolerated. Anyone found bullying will be asked to leave the course, and their parents will be contacted and told to pick their child up immediately. If your child is experiencing any difficulties, no matter how small, we would encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the matter.

Drop-off times vary by venue. St Vincent’s Holiday Club offers free early drop-off from 8am. Knutsford Leisure Centre sports camps normally offer free early drop-off from 8:30am. Please check the “At a glance” details for your chosen club.

We understand that sometimes parents get held up at work or stuck in traffic. If you’re going to be late, don’t panic – simply store our number in your mobile and call us to let us know. We will ensure your child is kept safe in the warmth of the venue until you arrive. No child will be allowed to leave any course without a known person being there to sign them out.

We always try and get the children outside into the fresh air as much as possible; however, if the weather is bad, we will invite children to participate in our range of activities inside. We will never cancel the course due to bad weather.

We do not offer snacks, but we always have spare in case a child
forgets. Water bottles can always be refilled at the club.
